The dinner menu for River City Sparkle reflects a high standard of cuisine with three tempting entrees and a selection of delectable desserts, all showcasing the freshest and finest ingredients artfully prepared by the Red Lion's award-winning chef. Choose from Stuffed Chicken Breast Florentine, Lobster-Stuffed Hazelnut Halibut, or House-made Eggplant Parmesan.

For attendees who need to change on-site, free changing rooms will be available. Or book your own room and stay overnight for the low River City Sparkle rate of just $79 (rate available through September 15).
